CUSTOMER CARE
As a small business, we take great pride in everything we do, from the painting, making sure to follow the customer needs his satisfy and happy with the finish product. Communication is the key, and we are very sharp to respond any emails. Painting is not a super fast process as you have some waiting period for the paint to cure and depending on how we are busy it might take a few weeks to get your parts/helmet finished and shipped to you.
Before starting any project, a 50% deposit of the final cost will be required. Payment may be done thru Paypal or wired to our Novo account.
